On 07 April 2026, Gerald Uy Chan, President of the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc., marked his 56th birthday with a grand celebration at Gloria Maris Shark’s Fin Restaurant in Greenhills, San Juan City. The occasion gathered a distinguished assembly of guests from various sectors, including more than 100 CFBCI leaders and members, creating a warm, vibrant, and festive atmosphere in honor of the milestone.
Widely respected for his steadfast commitment to social welfare and public service, particularly in advancing education and nurturing young talent, President Chan has earned admiration across different communities. His leadership reflects a strong sense of responsibility toward uplifting others and contributing to long-term societal development.
In line with this philosophy of giving back, President Chan commemorated his birthday by making a meaningful contribution of P100,000 to the CFBCI Pagharap sa Pangarap College Scholarship Program. This initiative is dedicated to supporting underprivileged students by providing access to education and equipping them with opportunities to pursue their aspirations with confidence and stability.
As a gesture of gratitude and recognition, CFBCI presented the “Eight-Leaf Golden Radiance: Ginkgo Good Fortune Wall Display,” a symbolic tribute representing resilience, longevity, and prosperity.
