Beginning in 2004, CFBCI has been coordinating with local government units on the improvement of marginalized areas through donating water wells to solve the problem of lack of potable water and has installed almost 300 units of artesian wells in various rural sites.

Sites where artesian wells are installed:

Northern Luzon: Isabela, La Union
Southern Tagalog: Cavite, Quezon and Laguna
Southern Luzon: Bicol region
Central Luzon: Pampanga, Bulacan
Visayas: Iloilo, Butuan and Masbate
Suburb Areas: Antipolo, Caloocan
