On 12 March 2026, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) proudly joined the Opening Ceremony of the Philippine World Building and Construction Exposition 2026 (WORLDBEX 2026), the country’s largest and most influential building and design event, as one of its official Association Partners. The ceremony, themed “Building Opportunities and Sustaining Lives,” was vibrantly held at the SMX Convention Center Manila in Pasay City, gathering leaders and stakeholders from across the construction, design, architecture, and business communities.

Now in its 29th year, the expo brings together industry leaders, innovators, and professionals in architecture, engineering, interior design, and construction. With this year’s theme “Building Opportunities, Sustaining Lives,” WORLDBEX highlights the importance of collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth in shaping the future of the built environment.

The opening ceremonies featured simultaneous ribbon-cutting events at both venues, marking the official start of the highly anticipated industry gathering. CFBCI President Gerald Uy Chan and Director Jimmy Ang graced the ribbon-cutting ceremony, and were grateful for the opportunity to engage with the organizers of the exposition as well as its passionate exhibitors from within the Philippines and overseas.

As an Association Partner, CFBCI submitted a congratulatory message published by the organizers in its official directory. In his message, President Chan wrote: “CFBCI, an organization composed of members actively engaged in the building and construction industry, is proud to stand as an Association Partner of this remarkable event as it brings together innovators, professionals, and business leaders who share a common vision of progress and excellence.”

Furthermore, he highlighted that the expo not only promotes the latest advancements in building and construction but also strengthens the vital connections between businesses, investors, and stakeholders that help drive sustainable economic growth. From March 12-15, 2026 (Thursday to Sunday), CFBCI’s official booth in World Trade Center (East Wing B) was open for those who are interested to visit.

菲華工商總會訊：菲律濱建築與設計業年度盛會WORLDBEX 2026，於三月十二日（星期四）在巴西市隆重開幕，本屆展會以「構築機遇，永續發展」（Building Opportunities and Sustaining Lives）為主題，匯聚建築、工程、室內設計及建設領域的領袖與專業人士，攜手探討創新發展與永續未來的無限可能。

開幕典禮於巴西市世貿中心（World Trade Center）及SMX會議中心同步舉行剪綵儀式，正式揭開為期四天（三月十二日至十五日）的展覽序幕。本會理事長曾國強與董事洪海濱應邀出席剪綵活動，與主辦單位及來自海內外的參展企業深入交流，共同見證這場備受矚目的產業盛會。

作為本屆展會的合作夥伴，本會理事長曾國強特於該盛會官方展覽名錄中刊登賀詞：「菲華工商總會由積極投身建築與相關產業的會員組成，能夠成為此次盛會的合作夥伴，深感榮幸。WORLDBEX匯聚創新者、專業人士與企業領袖，共同推動產業進步與卓越發展。展覽會不僅展示最新建築技術與產業趨勢，更為企業、投資者與各界持份者搭建重要交流平台，有助於促進合作契機，推動經濟永續成長。」

為積極支持產業發展並促進工商交流，本會亦於世貿中心東翼B館設立專屬攤位，由公共資訊委員會成員負責籌措，向參觀人士介紹本會的宗旨、會務發展及歷年推動的各項工商與社會公益活動。同時，攤位亦展示本會領導同仁旗下企業的多元產品與服務，涵蓋建築材料、設備及相關產業資訊，充分展現菲華工商界企業的實力與創新成果。展覽期間，本會亦準備豐富的產品目錄與宣傳資料，讓建築、設計及相關產業人士蒞臨交流，深入了解合作機會，共拓商機。

展會已於三月十五日正式落下帷幕。在為期四天的展期中，現場展示了大量的創新產品與展位佈置，並舉辦了多場商務洽談。

本會透過參與WORLDBEX這一國際級產業平台，不僅有助於促進工商界之間的互動與合作，也進一步展現菲華企業在菲律濱經濟建設與產業發展中的重要角色，未來本會亦將持續支持各類促進產業創新與商貿交流的重要活動。
