On 08 September 2026, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) delegation, led by President Gerald Uy Chan, attended the opening day of the 26TH CHINA INTERNATIONAL FAIR FOR INVESTMENT AND TRADE (CIFIT) in Xiamen, China.

Running until September 10, CIFIT 2026 has drawn 1,200 government and business delegations from 129 countries and regions, alongside 30 international organizations, highlighting its role as a major international platform for investment promotion and business cooperation.

Carrying the permanent theme “Expanding Two-Way Investment, Jointly Facilitating Global Development,” this year’s fair is organized around three key sections: “Invest in China,” “Chinese Investment,” and “International Investment.” The event features 14 professional exhibition zones across 200,000 square meters of exhibition space, along with 46 thematic events and 52 project roadshows.

Through its participation, CFBCI continues to strengthen international business linkages, explore investment opportunities, and promote greater economic cooperation between the Philippines and the global business community
