CFBCI holds its Biennial Convention every two years, in which the organization looks back on its part achievements, looking forward to the future, at the same time elect and induct new batch of officers. Keynote speakers for the previous Biennial Conventions include then Presidents Fidel V. Ramos, Joseph Ejercito Estrada, Gloria M. Arroyo and Benigno Aquino III; then Vice Presidents Teofisto Guingona Jr. and Jejomar C. Binay, and current Vice President Maria Leonor G. Robredo; then Central Bank Governor Amando M. Tetangco Jr. and President Rodrigo Roa Duterte; as well as high-ranking government officials of the Philippines.
