On 27 April 2024, beginning at 12 noon, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) Young Entrepreneurs Committee (YEC) successfully held its kick-off meeting at The Kitchen by Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Parqal, Parañaque City.

At least thirty young Tsinoys coming from various backgrounds attended the said kick-off meeting which was organized through the guidance and leadership of Vice President Jocelyn See (Adviser) and Director William Rogando (Chairman).

In her opening speech, Vice President See encouraged her young audience to maximize every opportunity to learn from each other and emphasized that life is a continuous learning process. She then expressed the immense willingness and passion of CFBCI in guiding the youth in their entrepreneurial journey.

Director William Rogando and other members of the YEC also took turns in addressing the attendees with empowering messages. By sharing the stories behind the success of their respective businesses, the crowd couldn’t help but feel amazed and motivated to follow their steps.

All the attendees were given a chance to introduce themselves and their business backgrounds. Most of them are aspiring to further enrich the businesses of their families while others are aiming to start their own ventures. CFBCI members then assured the youngsters that, through the YEC, they will not traverse the path to success alone.

Since its establishment in 1998, CFBCI has successfully stood by its vision to become a dynamic business organization that contributes in shaping a sustainable and balanced business development environment for Philippine economy. Among its consistent initiatives is launching new projects and activities that will further enhance the entrepreneurial spirit of the younger generation.

Focusing on the aspects of “entrepreneurial journey,” CFBCI YEC will be holding its first seminar for CFBCI members on June 15, 2024. Venue is to follow.

菲華工商總會訊：本會青年企業委員會由副理事長兼督導施茵茵做東，於四月廿七日（星期六）中午，假座帕拉尼亞克市購物中心的The Kitchen by Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf召開「啟動會議」(Kick-Off Meeting)，吸引了三十餘位來自各行各業的華裔青商出席參加，會議由董事兼青年企業委員會主任杜祖蔭親自主持，場面熱鬧而溫馨。
副理事長施茵茵在致詞中鼓勵青商們充分利用每一個互相學習的機會，強調人生是一個不斷學習的過程，並表達了本會引導年輕人創業的巨大決心與熱忱。

董事杜祖蔭及其他與會青年企業委員會成員，則先後向出席的青商們分享他們各自創業成功之路及所經歷的辛酸，這些激勵人心的故事，讓與會青商們從中吸取經驗，激發動力。隨後，安排青商們一一做自我介紹，並分享其目前所經營的事業或創業計劃。本會領導同仁也向大家承諾，青年企業委員會將牽引伴隨著大家走向成功之路。此次活動收獲滿滿，會議於下午三時圓滿落幕。

本會自一九九八年成立以來，成功實現了本會的願景，成為一個充滿活力的商業組織，並為菲律濱經濟永續發展做出貢獻。本會青年企業委員會為提升年輕一代的創業精神，計劃定期舉辦主題為「創業之旅」研討會，屆時將邀請企業領導人、高階主管或知名學者做專題演講。首場研討會訂於六月十五日（星期六），會場地及其他細節將另日通知；歡迎本理事會成員及他們的第二代、第三代子孫，年齡在十八至四十九歲青年，踴躍報名參加。
