The Chinese-Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) is pleased to announce that the tiger has left for the future and the rabbit has come with good luck. In the midst of the Chinese New Year celebration, the Chinese Star Night Cultural Performance was held on January 22, 2013 at 6:00 pm at Binondo, Manila with the support of the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines, the Manila City Government, and the Federation of Filipino Alumni Associations.

The festival was decorated with lights and decorations and was filled with the rich flavor of Chinese New Year. Prestigious guests including politicians, businessmen and Filipino-Chinese friendship groups were invited to celebrate the Chinese New Year. The venue was full of glittering crowds and the scene was very festive.

In the evening, our Executive Vice President, Samuel Lee Uy, led the “Pagharap sa Pangarap" student-alumni choir to sing the classic song “The Brightest Star in the Night Sky". After the performance,the Director of the Chinese Star Arts Troupe, presented a plaque of appreciation to the Association for its support of the “Night of the Chinese Stars" performance.

菲華工商總會訊：虎躍前程去，兔攜好運來。值此辭舊迎新之際，獲中國駐菲大使館支持，馬尼拉市政府、旅菲各校友會聯合會主辦，菲律濱華星藝術團主導的癸卯慶新春「華星之夜」文藝節目大匯演於二零二三年一月二十二日農曆大年初一晚上六點在馬尼拉市華人區花園口廣場隆重舉行。

晚會現場張燈結彩，佈景華麗，洋溢著濃濃的年味。旅菲各校友會聯合會主席林樹徹、菲律濱華星藝術團團長張懷義、中國駐菲大使館王悅參贊兼總領事、馬尼拉市副市長Yul Servo Nieto、馬尼拉市政府華人區發展委員會主席蔡臻蔚、馬尼拉華人區描籠涯主席劉少強和政商人士、菲華友好團體嘉賓等應邀出席，共同慶祝新春佳節，會場冠蓋雲集，熠熠生輝，場面喜氣洋洋，熱鬧非凡。

是晚，本會執行副理事長黃書瑋率領「點亮未來」受助生合唱團出席受邀演唱經典歌曲《夜空中最亮的星》，由十九位菲律濱人，用字正腔圓的中文發音和優美的和聲，唱出生動的歌曲，技驚全場，獲得熱烈的掌聲。華星藝術團團長張懷義在演出結束後向本會頒發感謝牌，以感謝本會對「華星之夜」匯演的大力支持。
