On January 25, 2025, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) Young Entrepreneurs Committee successfully organized a get-together at Aristocrat Restaurant in 238 Banawe, Quezon City. CFBCI-YEC was overjoyed to have Dr. Joselito Cariño, a renowned Developmental Studies professor at De La Salle University, as their guest speaker.

Under the guidance of Vice President Jocelyn Johanna See (Adviser) and Director William Rogando (Chairman), the CFBCI-YEC held a meeting before the get-together commenced. During the meeting, the committee elected its leaders namely: Peter Allan Chua (Chairman); Nathalie Wong, Jason Li, and Aileen Yang (Vice Chairs); Atty. Kesterson Kua and Teresa Co (Advisers). These officers aim to work together and launch new projects and explore opportunities involving their fellow young entrepreneurs.

After the meeting, members and invitees of the committee began to arrive at the restaurant. Then, a power talk led by Dr. Joselito Cariño started and everyone listened carefully as the guest speaker tackled the impact of geopolitical issues on businesses, the importance of digitalization, family governance, and mentorship to resolve internal conflicts. At the heart of his talk, Dr. Cariño emphasized that entrepreneurs must strive to find a common ground in seeking success and significance in the vast business world.

An hour later, the attendees were very pleased with the sharings of the guest speaker and looked forward to the rest of the gathering. Following a short break, everyone sat down across each other and enjoyed a sumptuous meal courtesy of Director William Rogando, the owner of the Aristocrat branch. Over delicious barbecue chicken, shanghai, and pancit, they shared stories with their colleagues and discussed other topics throughout the dinner.

It was a warm and joyful scene of young people who will soon become our country’s business leaders. CFBCI-YEC is planning to organize a delegation to the upcoming “Vietnam International Trade Fair 2025” to be held in Hanoi, Viet Nam on April 2-5, 2025.

菲華工商總會訊：本會青年企業委員會於一月廿五日（星期六）下午，假計順市萬那威街貴族餐廳（Aristocrat Restaurant）舉辦乙巳蛇年新春聚會，近四十位青年企業委員會成員出席參加，當晚邀請到拉薩大學著名發展研究學教授扶西利多‧卡里諾博士（Dr. Joselito Cariño）分享專業知識，並為一月份壽星唱生日歌祝壽。

本會青年企業委員會在督導施茵茵副理事長，主任杜祖蔭董事及執行副理事長曾國強的共同主持下，於活動開始前順利召開核心成員內部會議，並推選出委員會工作小組成員，俾利日後各項活動或專案推展；該小組成員如下：組長蔡清景，副組長黃愛儀、楊榮輝、楊佳玲；柯偉順大律師及姚寶珍理事擔任顧問。當下共同商討組團前往東南亞國家參觀國際商展及旅遊等事宜，一致通過決議案。

隨後，由扶西利多．卡里諾博士主講地緣政治問題對企業的影響、數位化的重要性、家族治理，以及師友關係對解決內部衝突的重要性等豐富議題。卡里諾博士在演講中強調，企業家必須努力找到共同點，在廣闊的商業世界中尋求成功和意義。並於分享後，詳細答覆所有與會人士對議題內容的各項疑問，青商們該場座談會中受益匪淺。

當天晚宴由杜祖蔭董事做東，招待菲式佳餚，施茵茵副理事長準備了年糕給每位與會者；席間青商們談笑風聲，歡聲笑語，喜氣洋洋，聚會於晚上九點始互道新春祝賀，在歡樂及溫馨氣氛下圓滿結束。
