On 10 July 2024, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Philippine-Chinese Charitable Association, Inc. (PCCAI), the owner and operator of the Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center. President Samuel Lee Uy expressed the deepest gratitude of CFBCI to its new partner led by the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Antonio Tan.

President Samuel Uy said in his speech that the PCCAI has been serving the society and promoting the friendship between the Philippines and China for a long time, and has been highly affirmed by the government and the Chinese community in the Philippines. Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center is one of the largest medical hospitals in the Philippines, with sufficient medical resources, manpower and a dependable system. For these reasons, CFBCI is very honored to collaborate with PCCAI.

He also introduced our “Pagharap sa Pangarap College Scholarship Program” and “Blood Donation for Life” campaign to all attendees, and hoped that in the near future, we can also jointly organize a blood donation campaign with Chinese Gen to help patients in urgent need of blood and for the benefit of the community in general.

At the end of the signing, an introductory video on Chinese Gen was shown. Its charitable programs have served the Filipino-Chinese community extensively, benefiting the Filipino-Chinese community and fostering ethnic harmony, and its care and dedication have earned it a good reputation.

菲華工商總會訊：本會於七月十日（星期三）下午三時與菲律濱華僑善舉總會、中華崇仁總醫院暨醫療中心，假崇仁總醫院新廈十樓會議廳，舉行醫療優惠備忘錄簽署儀式，受到該會多位領導熱情歡迎及接待。當天由本會理事長黃書瑋、菲律濱華僑善舉總會董事長盧祖蔭及中華崇仁總醫院暨醫療中心執行副董事長兼行政總理謝銘洲簽字，本會執行副理事長曾國強、副理事長許長泰和菲律濱華僑善舉總會副董事長李賢冊、李賢潤見證。本會名譽理事長謝國萬，榮譽理事長黃拔來，名譽副理事長許文忠，副理事長蔡金東，董事朱少華，常務理事許有福、林文龍、莊南文、謝文炳，理事王明雄及秘書蔡艷霞等人，均到場觀禮。

理事長黃書瑋致詞時表示，菲律濱華僑善舉總會長期服務社會，促進菲中友誼，得到菲律濱政府部門及華社的高度肯定；中華崇仁總醫院暨醫療中心是菲律濱最有規模的醫療院之一，有豐富醫療資源、人力及完善的體制；本會非常榮幸能夠跟菲律濱華僑善舉總會和中華崇仁總醫院暨醫療中心簽署醫療優惠協議，建立合作夥伴關係。他也向所有與會人士介紹本會「點亮未來」助學方案及「捐血救命」活動，並希望在不久的將來，本會也能與崇仁醫院聯合舉辦捐血運動，以幫助急需血液的病患、造福社會大眾。

活動最後，播放中華崇仁總醫院暨醫療中心簡介影片。崇仁醫院附屬於菲律濱華僑善舉總會，自一八九一年開始運作，是菲律濱歷史最悠久且最先進的醫學中心之一，並獲得國際標準認證。其所實施的慈善公益方案服務廣泛，惠及菲華兩族，促進民族融和，其對社會的關懷和奉獻精神，在菲華社會享有良好聲譽。
