On October 1, 2023, the Metro Manila delegation of the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. arrived at the Bicol International Airport, comprised of the following officials and members: President Stephen Sia, Executive vice President Samuel Lee Uy, Vice President Gerald Chan, Vice President Willy Chua Kim Tong, Vice President Paul Yeung, Vice President Henry Lim, Vice Chairman Gregorio Lagamayo, Vice Chairman Edwin Ty, Vice Chairman Eduardo Aga Tiu, Vice Chairman Zhu Xiao Hua, Plenary Member Jack Wong, Plenary Member Ramon Uy, Member Lili Lagamayo, Member Jacq Ferdinand Wong, Member Dongquan Chen, Chinese Secretary Ellen Chong, Secretary Judith Tan, and Liaison Officer Mexica Bausa.

They were warmly greeted by our Director, Mr. Antonio Tan, who led his local colleagues and members of the Legazpi Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the Tabaco Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce. The Metro Manila delegation was touched by their efforts of putting up a huge welcome banner and preparing pretty ribbons.

Afterwards, the delegation was driven to The Marison Hotel Legazpi for check-in. At noon, the delegation members enjoyed local cuisine at the lunch hosted by the Legazpi Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce at the Pepperland Restaurant .

Ms. Glenda Ong Bongao, Vice Governor of the Province of Albay, was invited to the lunch and gave a speech to welcome the members of the delegation. During the banquet, members of the Magayon Dance Troupe of Bicol University performed Filipino folk dances, and the members of the delegation were invited to dance with them.

Then, the Wrong Direction singing group, formed by Director William Rogando and William Ngo, shared some lovely songs which were enjoyed by the attendees.

After enjoying the local dishes, the delegation visited the Cagsawa Ruins and marveled at the majestic view of the Mayon Volcano. They also took a quick breath of fresh air at the bay area of Legazpi City overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

菲華工商總會訊：本會外埠巡迴訪問團第四站米骨區，由理事長謝國萬帶隊，成員：執行副理事長黃書瑋，副理事長曾國強、楊良田、蔡金東、林天德，常務理事林文龍、鄭奕偉、許福星偕夫人陳莉莉、朱肖華偕女婿陳東權，理事王輝益偕公子王志龍、顏漢龍，中文秘書蔡艷霞，秘書處聯絡吳宛盈，英文外交Mexica Bausa，一行浩浩蕩蕩於十月一日(星期日)上午搭機抵達米骨國際機場，受到本會董事陳華民（亦是米骨地區理事）帶領當地的同仁和黎牙實備亞眉菲華商會及淡描戈工商會的成員拉橫布條在機場熱情迎接，並為巡訪團成員掛上精心準備的緞帶。隨後驅車前往Marison Legazpi酒店辦理入住。

中午由黎牙實備亞眉菲華商會假Pepperland餐廳設當地美食為巡訪團成員接風，米骨Albay省副省長Glenda Ong Bongao 女士應邀出席，並致詞歡迎巡訪團成員蒞臨；宴間由米骨大學Magayon舞蹈團成員表演菲律濱民俗舞蹈助興，還邀請巡訪團成員與他們一同翩翩起舞，炒熱現場氣氛；接著由本會董事杜祖蔭（亦是米骨地區理事）與理事吳信德所組成的Wrong Direction合唱團再掀高潮，演唱多首抒情歌曲，完美合音令人聽了如痴如醉，欲罷不能。

米骨巡訪團成員在享受了當地美食佳餚之後，在陳華民及杜祖蔭的陪同下，乘坐旅遊大巴遊覽黎牙實備市容，並前往菲律濱著名的旅遊景點Cagsawa Ruins鐘樓，和Liniong Hilll Park，在不同角度觀賞及拍攝馬容火山的景象，很是壯觀。當地清新的空氣，整潔有序的市容，給大家留下了深刻的印象。
