On 08 August 2025, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) 14th Series of Regional Business Forum Delegation successfully held a forum in Legazpi City on Friday evening, marking another milestone in fostering business cooperation and cultural understanding between the local Filipino-Chinese community and regional stakeholders. The event gathered local entrepreneurs, business associations, and community leaders, creating a platform for dialogue and collaboration.
In the morning of August 9, under clear blue skies, the delegation embarked on a scenic journey to Misibis Bay Resort in Albay. The trip was organized under the gracious hospitality and guidance of Vice President Antonio Tan, who also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tabaco Pei Ching School.
Misibis Bay, a world-class five-hectare tropical destination, is known for its pristine white-sand beach, two infinity-edge ocean-view pools, and spectacular views of the majestic Mayon Volcano. Combining modern luxury with local charm, the resort offers an idyllic escape, where guests can enjoy water sports, ATV rides, and nature trails — or simply relax by the shore under swaying coconut palms.
Upon arrival, the delegation was greeted with refreshing welcome drinks before being briefed on the resort’s amenities. A guided shuttle tour followed, showcasing scenic spots and recreational areas. A highlight of the visit was the lavish buffet lunch, featuring an array of Asian and international dishes, freshly prepared seafood, and signature Filipino desserts, including halo-halo.
The meal was accompanied by live musical performances of timeless classics, creating a festive atmosphere. Adding a special touch, Director William Rogando and Plenary Member William Ngo formed an impromptu duet, passionately performing two beloved songs. Their heartfelt performance received resounding applause, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
Following lunch, delegation members indulged in various leisure activities: some basked under the tropical sun, others swam in the infinity pools, while a few opted for quiet moments by the shore. The serene setting and cool sea breeze provided a perfect environment for relaxation and informal networking.
By 3:00 PM, the group departed for Naga City to continue its second forum. Along the way, they made a brief courtesy visit to Tabaco Pei Ching School, where they were warmly welcomed by the principal and two volunteer teachers. This stop further highlighted the delegation’s commitment to educational and community engagement.
Before departure, Vice President Antonio Tan presented each delegate with a thoughtful parting gift, a gesture that symbolized friendship and appreciation. His generous hospitality ensured that the Legazpi visit was not only a productive engagement but also a memorable experience filled with warmth, fellowship, and cultural exchange.
菲華工商總會訊：本會第十四屆外埠巡迴訪問團於八月八日（星期五）上午，抵達黎牙實備市，並於當晚與當地同仁和華商朋友成功舉辦交流座談會，隔日一早，陽光明媚，萬里晴空，巡訪團成員在本會副理事長、亞眉淡描戈培青中學董事長陳華民熱情招待及陪同下，一同乘坐Cagsawa大巴專車，前往菲律濱亞眉省著名的 Misibis Bay渡假村，享受一日悠遊之旅。
Misibis Bay是當地著名的熱帶海灘度假勝地、佔地五公頃，有兩個海景室外游泳池和私人海灘區，結合當地傳統與現代設施的客房，景色宜人猶如世外桃源，並可遠眺美麗的馬容火山而聞名，訪客既可在椰影婆娑間靜享寧靜時光，也能在陽光下盡情體驗各類水陸活動。
抵達渡假村，服務員為大家遞上消暑的冰涼飲品，接著工作人員展示渡假村導覽圖，並講解各項設施位置及服務項目，結束後，團員們乘坐渡假村遊覽專車環繞各個景區；午餐提供豐盛的自助餐，菜色多元，有亞洲和國際美食，食材新鮮，口味獨特，並有各式飲料、冰淇淋、自製Halo Halo和甜品糕點等，現場還有駐唱歌手深情演唱多首名曲，團員們邊吃、邊喝、邊聽live music 真是一大享受。本會董事、同時也是亞眉淡描戈培青中學校友會理事長杜祖蔭，與理事、亦是亞眉淡描戈五社菲華商會理事長吳信德所組成的 Wrong Direction 合唱團，一時技癢，傾情獻唱兩首經典曲目，歌聲動人，贏得滿堂喝采。
午餐後，在溫暖的陽光、清新的海風中，團員們有的去泡海水，有的暢泳於戶外游泳池，也有的在客房內休息，渡過了一個身心放鬆、充滿歡聲笑語的美好時光。巡訪團於下午三時才意猶未盡地結束了Misibis Bay渡假村的休閒一日遊，啟程前往下一站那牙市，繼續展開第二場交流座談會。途中經過亞眉淡描戈培青中學，與校監杜美華和兩位支教老師短暫交流，便匆匆上車趕路。
在此衷心感謝副理事長陳華民的慷慨與熱情款待，並贈送每位團員拌手禮，讓此次黎牙實備市之行不僅在交流成果上收穫豐碩，更感受溫情及增添新體驗，留下美好回憶。
