Following its productive engagements in Legazpi City and a day-long fellowship at Misibis Bay Resort, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) 14th Regional Business Forum Delegation continued its journey to Naga City, the second stop of its Bicol visit.

After a two-hour drive, the delegation arrived at Avenue Plaza Hotel, where they were warmly received by provincial coordinator Mr. Adolfo Olivan and fellow Chinese business associates. That evening, a business forum was held at the hotel’s multi-purpose hall, fostering meaningful exchanges between delegation members, local colleagues, and business leaders. The gathering was marked by an atmosphere of camaraderie and enthusiastic dialogue.

In his keynote address, CFBCI President Samuel Lee Uy expressed his gratitude for visiting Naga City, widely regarded as the “Heart of Bicol,” and engaging with local Chinese business leaders. He highlighted Naga’s role as the region’s commercial, cultural, industrial, and educational hub, where Chinese entrepreneurs significantly contribute to economic growth and the strengthening of Filipino-Chinese relations. President Uy also highlighted CFBCI’s ongoing initiatives and invited attendees to join the upcoming 14th Biennial National Convention on February 11–12, 2026, at The Manila Hotel.

Executive Vice President Gerald Chan shared the organization’s aspirations for the next term, while Director William Rogando extended warm messages of solidarity to local counterparts. The symposium, co-hosted by Ms. Ellen Chong (Chinese Secretary) and Ms. Mex Bausa (English Secretary), also highlighted CFBCI’s social welfare programs and key advocacies.
The following morning, the delegation visited J. Emmanuel Pastries (House of Pili) to support local enterprises, followed by a stop at the Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of Peñafrancia, before departing for Manila in the afternoon.

The three-day, two-night Bicol tour covering Legazpi, Misibis Bay, and Naga City proved both fruitful and inspiring. With this, the 2025 Bicol Regional Business Forum concluded on a high note, strengthening partnerships and reaffirming CFBCI’s commitment to fostering regional and national progress.

菲華工商總會訊：第十四屆外埠巡迴訪問團圓滿完成在黎牙實備市的第一站巡訪行程及Misibis Bay渡假村的一日活動後，隨即啟程前往第二站那牙市；經過二個多小時的車程，巡訪團順利抵達當地 Avenue Plaza 酒店，受到本會在該省地區理事林國勝先生和華商朋友的熱情迎接，是晚八時巡訪團成員與當地同仁和商界代表在該酒店多功能廳進行座談聯誼，現場氣氛熱烈、交流踴躍，充分展現「有聲有色」的互動成果。

本會理事長黃書瑋在致詞中表示，能夠來到有「米骨心臟」之稱的那牙市，與本地華商齊聚一堂，深感榮幸。那牙市作為米骨地區商業、宗教、文化、工業、醫療、教育及金融中心，經濟發展多元且穩健，本地華商在促進區域繁榮與增進菲中友誼上扮演著重要角色。
黃理事長簡要介紹了第十四屆任內推動的核心方案與最新進展，並強調本會重視地方聲音，期望透過此次交流，聆聽建言、掌握需求，作為未來政策方向。同時誠摯邀請在座華商參加本會將於二零二六年二月十一至十二日假馬尼拉大酒店舉行的「第十四次全國會員大會」，共同規劃未來兩年的策略藍圖。

本會那牙市代表常務顧問林國勝介紹出席的當地同仁及各商會領導。執行副理事長曾國強分享本會下一屆的各項執行方針，董事杜祖蔭亦致詞關懷當地同仁，現場熱情互動，交講熱烈。

座談會由中文秘書蔡艷霞及西文秘書梅西卡共同主持，介紹巡訪團成員，及闡述了本會推動的重點工作與社會服務計劃。會中，就菲律濱政局走向、華社發展契機與挑戰，以及社會服務推展等議題進行深入交流，收穫豐碩。

翌日，訪問團成員於上午乘坐專車到當地著名的J. Emmanuel Pastries – House of Pili購買名產，接著參觀Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of Peñafrancia天主教教堂，下午啟程返回馬尼拉。

出席座談會的當地商會華商與本會同仁包括：那牙市菲華商會理事長黃光裕，洪門進步黨美骨那牙支部理事長莊永耀，洪門進步黨那牙志願消防隊理事長李偉念，菲華聯誼總會那牙分會理事長李聖斌，那牙菲華商會名譽理事長、亦是本會常務顧問兼地區代表林國勝；以及同仁與消防隊員：葉竹民，葉珍妮，葉永利，龔念平，龔文華，陳才能，張如意，陳才強，張煥華，莊永裕等。

三天兩夜Legazpi，Misibis Bay，Naga巡訪旅遊，可謂收獲頗豐，盡興而歸。此次米骨行程圓滿結束。
