On 14 September 2024, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) officers led by President Samuel Lee Uy attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated headquarters of the Association of the Chinese-Filipino Schools in the Philippines. President Uy gave a speech on behalf of the organization.

Along with the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated headquarters, the presentation of this year’s honorary list, the grand launch of the commemorative issue of the “Thirty Years of Connection, Thousands of Islands”, and the awarding of students for the school year of 2024-2025 were also held. The festivity was opened by Mr. Ronald Hsu, President of the Association, and was graced with the attendance of Mr. Wang Yue, Counselor and Consul General of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Philippines and leaders of major Filipino-Chinese organizations.

In his speech, President Uy firstly congratulated the Association on the new look of its premises, which is conducive to continue to better serve Filipino-Chinese schools and revitalize the Chinese education in the country. It has been thirty years since the founding of the Association, and its member schools are located all over the Philippines, contributing greatly to the promotion of Chinese language education and Chinese culture in the Philippines.

Moreover, he praised the Association for its continuous efforts in nurturing Chinese language teachers in the Philippines by enhancing their enthusiasm and professional skills. As one of the prominent organizations in the Tsinoy community, CFBCI is deeply supportive of the development of Chinese language education and the enhancement of the quality of Chinese language teachers in the country.

For the second consecutive year, CFBCI has donated a total of two million pesos to the Association. This year, CFBCI has donated one million pesos to express its great appreciation of the dedication and compassion of our educators. The ceremony was sealed off with a speech of gratitude from the Executive Director of the Association, Ms. Huei-Ling Chen.

菲華工商總會訊：菲律濱華文學校聯合會（菲華校聯）於二零二四年九月十四日（星期六）上午九時，隆重舉辦會所裝修竣工重新啟用剪綵典禮暨熱心捐獻華社尊師重道獎勵金榮譽榜揭牌儀式、發行「鏗鏘三十載、千島著華章」紀念刊儀式，同時頒發2024-2025學年度華社尊師重道獎勵金等系列慶典活動。本會理事長黃書瑋親率執行副理事長曾國強，榮譽理事長許長安，常務顧問林水真，董事杜祖蔭，立案秘書吳恆利，常務理事謝文炳、莊南文及中文秘書蔡艷霞，應邀出席觀禮。華社主要團體領導，均到場共襄盛舉，場面盛大熱鬧。

當天由林文誠校長、王宇航副校長擔任司儀，首先舉行會所裝修重新啟用剪綵典禮，由大會主席，菲華校聯常務理事葉啟明校長，中華人民共和國駐菲律濱大使館參贊兼總領事王悅，本會理事長黃書瑋及多位華社主要團體領導擔任剪綵嘉賓。接著為熱心捐獻華社尊師重道獎勵金榮譽榜舉行揭幕儀式。

理事長黃書瑋致詞時，首先祝賀菲律濱華文學校聯合會會所煥然一新，到處呈現一片新氣象，有利於繼續更好地服務華校，振興華文教育，可喜可賀。菲華校聯創會至今已有三十年之久，會員學校遍佈全菲各地，為菲律濱華文教育和宣揚中華文化貢獻巨大。並讚揚，菲華校聯在培育華語文教師方面，不遺餘力，成績大家有目共睹。他也表示，中華文化在海外的傳承，離不開教師的默默付出，和無私奉獻，並指出，菲華校聯二年前為了菲律濱華文教育的蓬勃發展，提升老師們的教學熱忱和專業技能所設置的「華社尊師重道獎勵金」意義非常重大，受到華社各商會和社團熱烈響應，紛紛慷慨解囊；本會作為華社主要商會之一，對華文教育的發展，和提升華文教師的質量，深表支持，連續二年已捐獻菲幣二百萬，今年在教師節即將來臨之際，繼續獻捐菲幣一百萬，以表心意。最後，向所有勞苦功高的老師們說聲：您辛苦了！教師節快樂。

當日，賓客雲集、高朋滿座，主辦單位贈送所有與會團體、個人和華校領導該會成立三十週年《鏗鏘三十載、千島著華章》紀念刊。各僑團現場捐獻「華社尊師重道獎勵金」；菲華校聯常務理事黃思華校長報告獎勵金的頒發情況，校聯領導頒發2024-2025學年度「華社尊師重道獎勵基金」，系列慶典活動，井然有序地進行。最後在菲華校聯常務理事陳惠玲校長致謝詞後，圓滿畫下句點。
