In the afternoon of 14 December 2024, the officers and members of the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) attended the 87th Founding Anniversary Celebration and Induction Ceremony of the 78th and 79th Board of Directors of the Sia Family Association of the Philippines at Century Seafood Restaurant, Manila. CFBCI is deeply honored that its officers have been leading this Association with utmost excellence and dedication. CFBCI Honorary President Stephen Sia is also the Honorary President of this Association, while CFBCI Vice Chairman Benito Uy is the outgoing President.

In this congratulatory speech, CFBCI President Samuel Lee Uy warmly commended the significant influence of the Sia Family Association of the Philippines in our society. From raising individuals with an abundance of talent and compassion to serve the community, the long history of this Association shall be cherished and emulated by the present and future generations. President Uy also praised the unmatched leadership of the leaders of this Association and the consistent support of its members.

A series of entertaining performances were witnessed during the ceremony, filling the banquet with a vibrant and festive atmosphere. The induction ceremony went smoothly and everyone applauded the inauguration of the new roster of officers of the Association. CFBCI Vice Chairman Benito Uy who is also the outgoing President of the Association donated P50,000 to the CFBCI Welfare Fund as an expression of gratitude. During the ceremony, President Uy and the rest of the CFBCI officers and members in attendance thanked him for such a kind gesture.

菲華工商總會訊：本會領導同仁於二○二四年十二月十四日（星期六）下午，出席菲律濱寶樹謝氏宗親總會假世紀海鮮酒家，隆重舉行慶祝成立第八十七週年紀念暨第七十八連七十九屆職員就職典禮。大會由本會常務理事、亦為該會卸任理事長謝文炳擔任主席，菲律濱華僑善舉總會副董事長兼行政總理、亦為該會名譽理事長謝銘洲監誓，僑社棟樑謝求言榮膺新屆理事長，實至名歸，可喜可賀；本會理事長黃書瑋受邀擔任嘉賓致詞。慶典上謝氏宗親歡聚一堂，賓客雲集、高朋滿座，現場一片喜氣洋洋。

理事長黃書瑋致詞時，首先向新屆職員致以熱烈的祝賀，並表示，菲律濱寶樹謝氏宗親總會歷史悠久，人才濟濟，宗親遍布本國各地，在各行各業都有舉足輕重的影響力，特別是在工商企業及醫療衛生界，更是人才輩出，對本國的經濟繁榮與社會發展，起到了十分重要的作用。他也讚揚本會常務理事謝文炳擔任菲律濱寶樹謝氏宗親總會兩屆理事長期間，辦事認真負責，建樹良多，是華社不可多得的人才，並指出，該會在新屆理事長謝求言的英明領導下及全體成員的共同努力下，會務必定能蒸蒸日上、更上一層樓。
當天主辦單位精心安排了一系列的娛樂節目及摸彩活動，最後由該會副理事長謝肇貫致謝詞。當晚出席慶典的本會領導有，理事長黃書瑋，榮譽理事長許長安，名譽副理事長許文忠，名譽理事長謝國萬（亦是謝氏名譽理事長），副理事長楊良田，董事柯仁義，常務理事許福星、吳治平、施惠萍、洪海濱、莊南文、林文龍及理事許啟敏和同仁洪瑞鴻等人，到場祝賀，同時見證新舊理事長交接。

本會常務理事謝文炳平素熱心公益，關懷會務，長期支持本會福利方案，此次慶典之際，不忘公益，慨捐本會福利金菲幣伍萬元，仁風義舉，殊堪欽式，特藉報端，予以表揚，並申謝忱。
