In the afternoon of 22 September 2025, the Chinese Filipino attended the grand 15th Anniversary Celebration and Mid-Autumn Festival Thanksgiving Gala hosted by CHiNOY TV, a renowned platform in the Filipino-Chinese media community, at the East Ocean Palace Restaurant.
The evening gathered distinguished guests, including leaders and elites from the political, business, cultural, and media sectors, who came together to witness the station’s growth trajectory and profound influence over the past fifteen years. As one of the key organizations that has long supported CHiNOY TV, our President, President Lee Uy, was invited as the guest of honor and delivered a congratulatory speech.
In their speeches, CHiNOY TV leaders expressed their gratitude to major Chinese community organizations for their recognition and support of the station’s programming development. They affirmed their commitment to upholding the philosophy of “Chinese heritage, global heart,” expanding richer and more diverse programming content to serve the worldwide Chinese community.
In his address, CFBCI President Uy first extended warm congratulations to the station. He emphasized that over the past fifteen years, the platform has successfully evolved from a lifestyle program into a socially responsible media outlet. It has not only documented the struggles and achievements of Filipinos of Chinese descent but also built a vital bridge connecting Chinese and Filipino cultures.
President Uy remarked: “This evening is made even more meaningful as we also celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival — a time that reminds us of togetherness, gratitude, and the love of family. In many ways, this celebration mirrors the relationship between CHiNOY TV and its partners. More than partners, we are a family strengthened by shared values and a common purpose to propagate positive changes in our society.”
He also reflected on the CFBCI’s long-standing collaboration with CHiNOY TV, particularly praising its highest-rated series “Chinese by Blood, Filipino by Heart.” This series has provided Chinese community organizations with a platform to share their stories and beliefs with mainstream society. President Uy stated that participating in this initiative and giving voice to the Chinese community has been a rare and deeply moving experience.
菲華工商總會訊：本會領導同仁於九月二十二日（星期一）下午，出席菲華媒體界知名平台菲華電視台（CHiNOY TV），假東海皇宮大酒家，隆重舉辦十五週年台慶暨乙巳年中秋佳節感恩晚會。當晚嘉賓雲集，來自政界、商界、文化界及媒體領域的領袖菁英齊聚一堂，共同見證其十五年來的成長軌跡與深厚影響力。作為長期支持菲華電視台的重要社團之一，本會理事長黃書瑋受邀擔任主賓並致賀詞。
菲華電視台總裁陳丁山與台長姚麗英在致詞中，多次致謝各大華社團體對節目發展的認同與支持，表示將持續秉持「血脈華人，心系全球」的理念，拓展更豐富多元的節目內容，服務全球華人社群。
理事長黃書瑋在致詞中首先向菲華電視台表示熱烈祝賀，並強調該平台在過去十五年間，成功將一個生活風格節目發展為具社會責任感的媒體平台，不僅記錄了菲律濱華人的奮鬥歷程，也搭建起連結中菲文化的重要橋樑。黃理事長提到：「今晚這場盛會，在象徵團圓與感恩的中秋佳節舉行，更加深具意義。菲華電視台與各界合作夥伴的關係，已超越單純的合作，更如同一家人，共同承擔推動社會正向發展的使命。」
他亦回顧本會與菲華電視台長年來的合作，尤其讚賞其收視率最高的「華人的血，菲人的心」系列專題，讓華人社團有機會向主流社會講述自己的故事與信念。黃理事長表示，能夠參與其中，為華社發聲，是一次難得且感動的經驗。
他進一步引用中國古語「眾人拾柴火焰高」，比喻菲華電視台今日的成就，正是仰賴所有幕後團隊的付出與社會各界的支持。他強調，本會將一如既往地支持這具有文化深度與時代意義的媒體平台，攜手推動華人社區與主流社會的融合與進步。
本會多位領導同仁亦出席晚會，包括副理事長施茵茵，福利委員會副主任林文龍、葉啟龍，理事王明雄，青年企業委員會成員楊智強、許美安、葉坤立，同仁許萬里等。共同見證菲華電視台十五年的里程碑。
菲華電視台於晚會中頒贈十五週年特製感謝盾牌予本會，以表彰本會自創台以來對其發展的全力支持與密切合作。該盾牌以「十五年風雨同行」為主題，象徵雙方關係的深厚與穩固，也彰顯本會在推動華社發展、文化交流與社會參與的重要角色。
