On 21 February 2026, the Federation of Filipino Chinese Alumni Associations, Inc. (FFCAAI) successfully celebrated its 18th Founding Anniversary and Induction Ceremony of its new roster of officers at East Ocean Palace Restaurant. The well-attended event gathered distinguished leaders and members of the Chinoy community, reflecting FFCAAI’s enduring legacy and strong spirit of unity.

Outgoing President Golden David chaired the ceremony, while CFBCI Honorary Vice President Johnny Lee administered the oath of office. Guest speaker Liu Yichun, Federation Advisor and Head of the Chinese Department of Uno High School, commended the organization’s longstanding efforts in uniting alumni associations, fostering camaraderie, and advancing social welfare initiatives, and expressed confidence in its continued growth under new leadership.

Newly elected President Ellen Martines formally assumed office to widespread acclaim, embarking on the responsibility of leading the Federation into a new chapter. CFBCI President Gerald Uy Chan attended to extend his congratulations and convey support on behalf of the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI).

In his speech, President Chan underscored the shared mission of both organizations in promoting solidarity, preserving Chinoy culture, and serving the underprivileged. He expressed optimism that, through strengthened collaboration, integrated resources, and mutual trust, both institutions could generate greater synergy and social impact.

Recalling his previous service as FFCAAI’s First Vice President and Treasurer, he praised the unity and effective coordination of its 27 member alumni associations as the cornerstone of its sustained progress. He also honored outgoing President Golden David for his visionary leadership and conveyed confidence in President Martines’ capacity to elevate the organization to new heights. In recognition of his presence and inspiring message, the organizing committee presented President Chan with a plaque of appreciation.

The evening was further enlivened by cultural and musical performances, including dynamic dragon and lion dances by the Philippine Ling Nam Athletic Federation Dragon and Lion Dance Team, an energetic presentation by the Uno High School Heritage Cheerleading Squad, and a heartfelt rendition of “Tomorrow Will Be Better” by the Uno High School Alumni Choir.

Numerous leaders and members attended to witness the occasion, which also featured commemorative Year of the Horse tokens and a festive raffle. Looking ahead, FFCAAI reaffirmed its commitment to unity, mutual assistance, and shared prosperity, and expressed its intention to deepen cooperation with partner organizations in advancing the continued development of the Chinoy community.

菲華工商總會訊：菲華各校友會聯誼總會（校友總）於二零二六年二月二十一日（星期六）晚間七時，假東海皇宮宴會廳隆重舉行成立十八週年紀念暨第九屆理事會洎第四屆青年組職員就職典禮。現場嘉賓雲集、座無虛席，氣氛莊重熱烈，充分展現菲華社團團結凝聚、薪火相傳的堅實力量。

慶典由卸任會長吳良煌擔任主席，本會名譽副理事長李少平主持監誓儀式。校友總指導員、同時亦為尚一中學中文部主任劉憶椿擔任主講嘉賓，致詞中高度肯定校友總長年來凝聚各校友會力量、促進情誼交流與積極參與社會公益之卓越貢獻，並寄予殷切期許。

眾望所歸的新任會長、亦為本會新屆董事施玲玲正式就職，肩負帶領會務邁向新里程的重要使命。本會理事長曾國強親臨祝賀並致詞，代表菲華工商總會向校友總表達最堅定的支持與最誠摯的夥伴承諾。

曾國強理事長致詞時表示，兩會理念相通，都是以團結菲華社群、弘揚菲華文化、扶助弱勢為己任。正因理念契合、方向一致，未來更應在互信互助基礎上深化合作，整合資源、優勢互補，發揮更大協同效應，攜手創造更深遠的社會價值。

曾理事長並回顧，自己曾有幸擔任校友總第一副會長及財政主任，深刻體會由二十七個校友會攜手組成之堅強陣容所展現的高度團結與卓越執行力。這份同心同行的精神，正是推動會務持續精進的重要基石。菲華工商總會期待在既有良好基礎上，與校友總並肩前行，擴大服務層面，提升整體影響力。

致詞最後，曾理事長向新屆會長施玲玲及全體新任理事致以誠摯祝賀，深信在施會長卓越領導下，會務必將再創高峰；同時向卸任會長吳良煌致以崇高敬意，感謝其任內遠見擘劃與無私奉獻，為會務奠定穩固深厚基礎。

主辦單位向曾國強理事長頒贈感謝盾牌，感佩其親率同仁蒞臨並致辭勉勵，不僅見證了兩會的緊密聯結，更為未來的深度合作奠定了堅實基礎。

當晚節目精彩紛呈，包括利強武術龍獅運動會呈獻「龍飛鳳舞」與「歡欣鼓舞」表演，氣勢磅礡、掌聲雷動；尚一傳承啦啦隊帶來活力四射的舞蹈演出；尚一中學校友合唱會則合唱《明天會更好》，歌聲悠揚、溫暖人心，為典禮增添溫馨動人氛圍。

本會多位領導同仁親臨祝賀，包括名譽理事長許長安、謝國萬，常務顧問許文忠，執行副理事長楊良田，副理事長陳華民，董事許福星、施惠萍，立案秘書吳恆利，常務理事林文龍、莊南文、楊金豐，理事許清山以及中文秘書蔡艷霞等人，共同見證這一歷史時刻。

典禮由菲華電視台主持人李美齡擔任司儀，副會長黃裕寧代表主辦單位致謝詞，感謝各界嘉賓蒞臨指導與支持，並向所有辛勤籌備的理事及工作人員致以誠摯敬意。大會同時贈送與會嘉賓印有校友總徽章的馬年紀念玩偶並安排摸彩助興，現場氣氛高昂，掌聲與歡笑聲此起彼落。

展望未來，本會將持續秉持團結互助、共創共榮的理念，與菲華各校友會聯誼總會深化合作、攜手並進，共同推動菲華社會邁向更加繁榮發展的新篇章。
