From December 17 to 19, 2025, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) delegation attended the 19th World Summit of Chinese Entrepreneurs in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China. The summit combined business matchmaking, cultural exploration, and commercial exchanges, strengthening economic and trade ties between the Filipino-Chinese community and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Following the summit, the delegation embarked on a cultural tour of Guangzhou on December 20. They explored the historic Beijing Road commercial district, appreciating the seamless blend of Lingnan cultural heritage and modern commerce. At noon, members dined at the renowned Bing Sheng Mansion Haiyin flagship restaurant, savoring Cantonese specialties such as crispy roast suckling pig and tender steamed grouper, alongside seasonal Lingnan stir-fries. The meal offered an authentic gastronomic experience, highlighting the region’s culinary mastery and dedication to natural flavors.
In the afternoon, the group visited the 32nd Guangzhou Garden Expo (Autumn Session). CFBCI officers and members admired creative horticultural displays and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the “Millennium Flower City.” They then strolled along the Pearl River riverside park, capturing the striking view of the Canton Tower and witnessing the vitality of modern urban development in the Greater Bay Area.
The day concluded with the acclaimed Guangdong Thousand-Year Romance performance, an audiovisual extravaganza depicting Lingnan legends, Wong Fei-hung’s martial arts legacy, and the contributions of overseas Chinese, leaving the delegation deeply moved by Guangdong’s cultural heritage.
That evening, Vice President Paul Yeung hosted a lavish seafood banquet at Tsim Sha Tsui Restaurant in Foshan, celebrating the delegation’s achievements. The exquisite dishes exemplified Foshan cuisine’s hallmark qualities of freshness, tenderness, and refinement, while fostering camaraderie among the delegation members. Laughter, toasts, and shared reflections highlighted the deepening bonds forged during the trip, culminating in a fulfilling day of exploration and cultural immersion.
On the final day, the delegation visited Foshan’s ancestral temple, absorbing its intricate artistry and centuries-old heritage, before exploring the European-style Florence Town, a vibrant commercial district showcasing modern international influences. A culinary feast at Jufu Chinese Restaurant followed, featuring Cantonese delicacies and special Winter Solstice glutinous rice balls, blending tradition and festivity.
The delegation carried not only rich memories and cultural insights home. From sites such as the Ancestral Temple, Canton Tower, and Guangzhou Garden Expo, the trip also paved the way for strengthened friendships and new avenues for businesscooperation. The journey concluded as both a successful business exchange and a moving cultural experience, marking a significant milestone for CFBCI and its ties with Guangdong Province.
菲華工商總會訊：二○二五年十二月十七日至十九日，本會代表團應邀赴廣東省佛山市參加「第十九屆世界華商高峰會」。此次行程集商務對接、文化考察與營商交流於一體，全面深化了菲華僑社與粵港澳大灣區的經貿連結，成果斐然。
高峰會圓滿落幕後，代表團於十二月二十日開啟了城市文化導賞之旅。成員們首先漫步於廣州歷史悠久的北京路商圈，在古蹟與現代商業交織的繁華街廓中，深刻感受嶺南文化底蘊與當代經濟活力的共生之美。中午時分，代表團前往享有盛名的「炳勝公館」海印總店，在古雅的環境中品味極致粵式餐饗。席間呈現的招牌脆皮乳豬皮酥香脆、清蒸石斑魚肉質鮮嫩，搭配各式精緻的嶺南時令小炒，每一道菜式皆展現了「食在廣州」的精湛廚藝與對食材本味的極致追求，讓成員們在味蕾的驚艷中，沉浸式體驗地道的嶺南飲食文化。
代表團於下午參觀了以「灣區綻放綠美廣州精彩全運」為主題的第卅二屆廣州園林博覽會（秋季場），在導遊的引領下，團員們漫步於園區，近距離欣賞融入全運會吉祥物與運動元素的創意園藝，感受「千年花城」迎接盛會的熱烈氛圍。
隨後，繼續漫步於珠江畔的臨江帶狀公園。在這片融合自然景觀與現代建築的綠意空間中，代表團成員與背景中雄偉的廣州塔（小蠻腰）留下珍貴合影，共同見證大灣區核心城市現代化建設的輝煌與活力。
接著，代表團特別觀賞了被譽為「一生必看」的廣東千古情演出。這場視聽盛宴以高科技手段，震撼演繹了嶺南大地的千年史詩：從古老的百越傳奇到洗夫人跨越時空的和平之歌，再到黃飛鴻的武術傳承與下南洋的華僑奮鬥史。團員們沉浸於身臨其境的舞美設計中，深刻感受到了廣東文化的厚重與敢拼敢闖的開拓精神，紛紛讚嘆這是一次極致的感官享受與文化尋根。
當晚，行程在熱絡且溫馨的氛圍中推向高潮。團長楊良田副理事長特別於佛山名店尖沙咀酒家設下豐盛的海鮮晚宴，慰勞全體成員。
席間，珍饈美饌琳瑯滿目，新鮮的海產在粵式大廚的巧手下轉化為一道道藝術品，展現了佛山美食「精、鮮、嫩、滑」的極致特色。這場晚宴不僅是味蕾的盛宴，更是一次情誼的昇華；楊良田副理事長與成員們杯觥交錯，共話此行在佛山與廣州的豐碩收穫，席間歡聲笑語不斷，濃濃的同胞情誼與團隊凝聚力在熱騰騰的佳餚香氣中更顯珍貴，為當日的考察行程畫下了最圓滿且動人的句點。
翌日，代表團遊覽嶺南文化聖地祖廟，團員們在精巧的陶塑與木雕建築間駐足，領略千年古鎮的歷史積澱與工匠藝術。隨後轉往充滿歐式風情的佛羅倫薩小鎮，在國際名品匯聚的現代商區中，感受佛山作為大灣區商貿門戶的繁華活力。
午間，在聚福中餐廳，展開一場正宗粵式與創新風味的味蕾盛宴。席間呈現的精緻中式佳餚，不僅體現了嶺南飲食對「鮮、香、精」的執著追求，當天剛好冬至，餐後甜點特別準備了熱騰騰的團圓湯圓，象徵圓滿與甜蜜，讓身處異鄉的團員們在品味地道家鄉味的同時，也感受到濃厚的節慶溫馨，更讓成員們在冬至的暖意中，深刻體會到佛山這座城市傳統與現代、本土與國際融合共生的獨特魅力。
下午時分，代表團成員帶著滿滿的收穫與珍貴回憶，抵達琶洲客運碼頭。隨著客輪緩緩駛離，此次行程不僅成功搭建了菲律賓與粵港澳大灣區的經貿合作新橋樑，深化了與世界各地華商領袖的情誼，更透過實地考察（如祖廟、廣州塔、園博會）與地道美食體驗，讓成員們親身感受了嶺南文化的深厚底蘊與現代城市的蓬勃發展。
這次旅程不僅是一次成功的商務交流，更是一次觸動人心的文化尋根之旅。代表團成員一致認為，此行成果卓著、意義非凡，為未來菲華工商總會與廣東地區的深度合作奠定了堅實基礎，也為此次「世界華商高峰會」系列活動畫下了燦爛而圓滿的句點。
