On 18 December 2025, the 19th World Summit of Chinese Entrepreneurs was held at Hilton Hotel in Foshan, China, hosted by the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization Alliance and co-organized by several government and trade institutions from Foshan and Macau. At the invitation of the organizers, a 15-member delegation from the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) led by Vice President Paul Yeung and President Emeritus Allan Wong But Loy departed Manila on December 17 to attend the summit. The event gathered over 1,000 participants, including more than 300 Chinese business leaders from over 50 countries and regions, government officials, consular representatives, and enterprises from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

With the theme “Global New Landscape, Greater Bay Area New Opportunities, Industrial New Ecosystem,” the summit marked its first staging in the Greater Bay Area and was hosted in Foshan, a key manufacturing center in China. The opening ceremony featured a welcome address by Feng Ruibin, Executive Vice President of the Alliance. High-level keynote sessions focused on manufacturing globalization, legal and policy frameworks, digital brand expansion, Southeast Asian market opportunities, and overseas industrial park development, offering both strategic perspectives and practical guidance for global Chinese entrepreneurs.

A key highlight of the summit was the inauguration, in preparation, of the WCOA (Guangdong) Representative Office and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Economic and Trade Service Center. The event also witnessed the signing of cooperation memoranda with city partners, legal institutions, and industrial parks, alongside multiple partnership agreements between overseas Chinese enterprises and industry stakeholders, strengthening global resource integration and industrial collaboration.

The afternoon sessions emphasized how Chinese entrepreneurs can leverage the Greater Bay Area’s policy advantages and industrial ecosystem amid global economic restructuring. Discussions centered on industrial chain realignment, technological innovation, digital economy development, and fostering collaboration among overseas Chinese entrepreneurs, with particular focus on supporting young entrepreneurs and expanding international business networks.

The summit concluded with a “One-on-One Precision Matchmaking” session and the establishment of the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization Alliance (China) Representative Office Centralized Procurement Center, offering comprehensive overseas expansion services. As a member of the Summit’s leadership council, President Emeritus Wong guided the delegation in engaging with the smart manufacturing sector. Through this platform, CFBCI strengthened ties with global Chinese business leaders, laying a solid foundation for deeper economic and trade cooperation among the Philippines, Guangdong Province, and the international business community.

菲華工商總會訊：由世界華商組織聯盟主辦，佛山市人民政府，澳門貿易投資促進局及澳門特別行政區政府經濟及科技發展局協辦的「第十九屆世界華商高峰會」，於十二月十八日在佛山希爾頓酒店隆重舉行，應大會主辦方邀請，本會由副理事長楊良田及榮譽理事長黃拔來任正、副團長的十五人代表團，於十二月十七日上午自馬尼拉啟程，經香港前往中國佛山市參會。來自全球五十餘個國家和地區、三百多位華商領袖及企業代表，並邀請國家相關部委、廣東省委省政府有關領導、各國駐廣州總領事館及商務機構代表，以及三百多家粵港澳大灣區企業參與，與會人數逾千人，場面盛大、規格高端。

本屆世界華商高峰會以「全球新格局・灣區新機遇・產業新生態」為主題，首度落地粵港澳大灣區，選址中國重要製造業基地佛山市舉行，象徵華商產業升級與全球布局的新起點。世界華商組織聯盟執行主席、荷蘭阿姆斯特丹華商會會長馮銳彬在開幕式上致歡迎辭。上午的會議，安排多場高層次專題演講與主題分享，內容圍繞「中國製造出海新戰略」、「企業國際化法律與政策保障」、「數字品牌全球傳播路徑」、「東南亞市場拓展機遇」以及「出海產業園區建設」等重點議題，從宏觀趨勢到實務操作層面，為全球華商提供前瞻分析與實用經驗，現場反響熱烈。

期間，並隆重舉行世界華商組織聯盟（廣東）代表處（籌備）及世界華商組織聯盟・粵港澳大灣區經貿服務中心（籌備）揭牌儀式，同時與多家城市合夥人、專業法律機構及產業園區簽署合作備忘錄，並促成海外華商企業與誠信出海企業、優質細分產業企業之多項合作簽約，進一步推動全球資源整合與產業協同出海。

下午的峰會，重點探討華商如何參與「粵港澳大灣區」建設，並利用大灣區的政策優勢與產業配套尋找新發展機遇。關注全球經濟新格局下的產業鏈重構，推動華商在科技創新、新質生產力及數字經濟等領域的深度合作。特別強調了推動華商青年的創業努力與國際商業網絡的拓展。

活動特設「一對一精准洽談」環節，助力企業現場簽約訂單；同時設立「世界華商組織聯盟（中國）代表處集采中心」，為參會企業提供涵蓋海外人脈拓展、訂單資訊推送、跨境物流、金融結算、境外倉儲等全鏈條出海服務。

本會榮譽理事長黃拔來同時兼任世界華商高峰會主席團成員，多年來深耕全球華商網絡；峰會期間，他積極帶領成員對接『智造產業』，拓展合作契機。參訪團藉此盛會與全球華商領袖共商合作，建立了穩固的溝通平台，為未來菲、粵及全球經貿的深度融合，奠定堅實基礎。
