On 07 January 2026, Mr. Golden David, President of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Alumni Associations, Inc. (FFCAAI), together with his fellow officers, paid a courtesy visit to the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) Headquarters in Binondo, Manila. They were warmly received by CFBCI President Samuel Lee Uy, along with other officers of the organization. A cordial discussion session followed the visit.

In his opening remarks, President Uy extended a warm welcome to the delegation and commended FFCAAI for its longstanding efforts in uniting alumni of Chinese schools across the Philippines. He highlighted the Federation’s active engagement in cultural, educational, sports, and social welfare initiatives, noting that these contributions have significantly strengthened unity within the Chinese community and fostered positive youth development, earning widespread recognition and respect.

President Uy further recalled that since 2016, CFBCI has cultivated a strong and enduring partnership with FFCAAI. Over the years, CFBCI has consistently supported and actively participated in every edition of FFCAAI’s Fed Run. This decade-long friendship, he noted, exemplifies solidarity and mutually beneficial cooperation among Filipino-Chinese organizations. Looking ahead, he expressed optimism for the continued strengthening of this partnership to jointly advance public welfare initiatives that benefit both the overseas Chinese community and mainstream society, while extending his best wishes for the resounding success of the “Fed Run 2026.”

Subsequently, CFBCI Chinese Secretary Ellen Chong and FFCAAI Honorary President Xu Lirong facilitated the introductions of the attending leaders and members from both organizations, fostering a lively and engaging atmosphere.

In his address, FFCAAI President Golden David expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the warm reception and shared details of the upcoming “Fed Run 2026,” scheduled for February 8. The event will be co-hosted by the Grace Alumni Association, Inc. and the Philippine Jinnan Institute Alumni Association, Inc., with CHiNOY TV serving as the media partner.

Featuring race categories of 3km, 5km, and 10km, the event aims to promote public fitness and healthy living. President David also extended a sincere invitation to CFBCI’s leadership to participate, with a special welcome to students supported by the “Pagharap sa Pangarap” scholarship program. He expressed hope that the event would showcase the students’ youthful vitality through sports while fostering meaningful cross-generational friendships.

FFCAAI expressed strong support for this meaningful initiative and reaffirmed its commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles and youth development through concrete action. Both parties then engaged in in-depth discussions on advancing educational initiatives and enhancing the welfare of the overseas Chinese community. The meeting concluded on a warm and positive note, with leaders from both organizations posing for a commemorative photo while holding event posters and souvenir T-shirts.

菲華工商總會訊： 菲華各校友會聯誼總會（校友總）會長吳良煌一行，於一月七日（星期三）下午蒞臨本會禮訪。受到本會理事長黃書瑋、名譽理事長謝國萬、名譽副理事長李少平、執行副理事長曾國強、副理事長楊良田、陳華民，董事黃偉利、杜祖蔭、柯仁義，以及立案秘書吳恆利等領導同仁的熱烈歡迎，並舉辦座談會。

黃書瑋理事長在致詞中，首先對吳良煌會長親率多位領導蒞訪表示誠摯歡迎。他高度讚揚校友總長期以來凝聚全菲華校校友的力量，積極投入文教、體育及社會公益活動，對促進華社團結及培育青年正向發展貢獻卓越，深受各界肯定與敬佩。黃理事長特別回顧，自二○一六年起，本會便與校友總建立了深厚的合作默契，歷屆「歡樂跑」活動均全力襄助並踴躍參與，這份長達十年的情誼，正是菲華社團同心合作、共創雙贏的最佳表率。展望未來，他期盼雙方持續深化夥伴關係，攜手推動更多造福僑胞與主流社會的公益方案，並預祝「二○二六年歡樂跑」圓滿成功。

隨後，雙方進行引介，由本會中文秘書蔡艷霞與校友總榮譽會長許麗容分別介紹與會領導同仁，現場互動氣氛熱絡。

吳良煌會長致詞時，對本會的熱情接待表示衷心感謝，並詳細說明即將於二月八日舉辦的「二○二六年歡樂跑」計劃。該活動由菲華電視台擔任媒體夥伴，靈惠學院校友會與洪門近南學校校友會共同承辦；賽程規劃三公里、五公里及十公里，旨在推廣全民健身風氣。吳會長誠摯邀請本會領導同仁共襄盛舉，並特別歡迎「點亮未來」助學方案的受助學生參加，期望透過運動展現學子的青春活力，增進跨世代的情誼。

本會領導對此極具意義的活動深表認同，當場允諾將給予堅定支持，以實際行動實踐對健康生活與青年培育的承諾。雙方隨後針對支持教育發展與僑社福祉等議題深入交換意見。座談結束前，雙方領導人手持活動海報與活動紀念T恤合影留念，活動在溫馨愉快的氣氛中圓滿結束。
