From September 27 to 29, 2025, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) conducted a three-day, two-night regional visit to the Province of Isabela. On the afternoon of the second day, the delegation visited the Nan Sing School of Cauayan City to inspect the newly completed exterior and lobby renovations funded by CFBCI. As the primary sponsor of the project, the visit highlighted the association’s strong commitment to educational philanthropy.

Upon arrival, the delegation was greeted by a festive display featuring a drum-and-gong ensemble and an auspicious lion dance, warmly welcomed by the school’s administrators, teachers, and students. CFBCI President Samuel Lee Uy then led the ribbon-cutting ceremony to formally inaugurate the improved facilities.

On behalf of the school, Winster Pua (President of Cauayan Chamber of Commerce) presented a plaque of appreciation to CFBCI, expressing heartfelt gratitude for its generous support and its dedication to education. Following the ceremony, the newly renovated lobby was unveiled, marking an important milestone in the growing partnership between CFBCI and Nan Sing School to enhance the learning environment for students. The celebration concluded with a banquet featuring performances prepared by the school’s faculty and students.

Founded in 1940, Nan Sing School has long been committed to providing quality foundational education, continually strengthening both academic standards and campus facilities while actively promoting Filipino-Chinese cultural heritage. Local Chinese business communities remain among its steadfast supporters.

Through this visit and educational exchange in Isabela, CFBCI further strengthened its ties with local government units and academic institutions. The initiative reflects the association’s enduring commitment to community service and educational support for underprivileged youth, upholding the Chinese community’s longstanding tradition of giving back to society and contributing positively to Philippine development.

菲華工商總會訊：本會第十四屆外埠巡迴訪問團於二零二五年九月二十七日至二十九日，為期三天兩夜的伊沙迷拉省（Isabela）外埠交流行程，於第二日下午前往郊亞鄢市南星學校 (Cauayan Nan Sing School)，視察本會出資贊助裝修校舍外觀與大廳完善工程，作為本項整修計劃主要贊助單位之一，充分體現本會在教育公益領域的實質投入。

巡訪團成員甫抵達郊亞鄢南星學校，一陣鑼鼓喧天，祥獅獻瑞，受到校領導及師生熱情歡迎，現場喜慶熱鬧。隨後由本會理事長黃書瑋，副理事長陳華民，郊亞鄢菲華商聯總會理事長潘祖培，及本會伊沙迷拉地區常務理事許家璧、洪振山等共同主持剪綵儀式；潘祖培理事長代表該校頒贈感謝盾牌予本會，校方對本會慷慨支持表達誠摯感謝，盼未來持續深化合作，共同培育優秀新世代。接著進行揭碑典禮，象徵菲華工商總會與南星學校攜手為學生打造更優質學習環境的重要里程碑。最後進行餐敘，期間由該校師生表演多個娛樂節目。

郊亞鄢南星學校自一九四零年創校以來，持續耕耘基礎教育，重視教學品質與環境建設，並積極推廣菲華文化，當地華商是主要經濟支助。透過此次對郊亞鄢地區的實地訪問與教育交流，本會進一步強化與地方政府和學界的合作關係，落實關懷社區、扶弱助學的宗旨，體現華社回饋社會的優良傳統，持續為菲律賓社會帶來積極而深遠的影響。
