On 09 October 2025, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) attended the Official Opening Ceremony of the “Philippine Lifestyle Sourcing Expo” held at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay City. On behalf of CFBCI, Executive Vice President Gerald Uy Chan delivered a congratulatory message, while Trade and Commerce Committee Vice Chairman Jimmy Ang attended the ceremony.
Every year, this expo is organized by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles (CCCT) and Huiyuan Culture Development Group Co., Ltd. to foster partnerships and celebrate the creativity in the Philippine business landscape. This year, the dynamic event brings together three shows under one roof — the Philippine Apparel Textile Show, Philippine Sport Show, and the Asia International E-Commerce Expo — offering a unique blend of fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce. Aside from being one of the distinguished guests at the opening ceremony, CFBCI is also requested to deliver a congratulatory message.
On behalf of the organization, EVP Chan took the stage and expressed our deepest gratitude for the organizers’ generous invitation every year. In his speech, EVP Chan said: “This Expo is more than just a sourcing platform — it is a bridge between nations, industries, and people. By gathering local and international suppliers, manufacturers, and entrepreneurs under one roof, we are not only showcasing products, but also strengthening the bonds of friendship and trade. Through this exchange, we affirm our shared commitment to building opportunities that transcend borders and benefit communities across Asia and beyond.”
Among the esteemed guests were Cao Jiachang, Chairman of CCCT; George Chiu, Vice President of the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (FFCCCII); and Cathy Capistrano, President of the Fashion Designers Association of the Philippines.
After the ceremony, the guests conducted a walk-through of the expo grounds. CFBCI officers were delighted to personally interact with top local and international suppliers, taking the opportunity to learn about the latest innovations and trends in various industries. With that, CFBCI extends its warm commendation to the organizers for staging such a well-curated and successful expo that continues to strengthen ties within the business community.
菲華工商總會訊：由中國紡織品進出口商會、福建薈源國際展覽有限公司主辦，菲律濱GLOBAL-LINK MP 展覽公司承辦的「二○二五年菲律濱時尚生活採購博覽會」(Philippine Lifestyle Sourcing Expo 2025)於十月九日至十一日，假馬尼拉SMX會展中心成功舉辦。
中國紡織品進出口商會會長曹甲昌、薈源文化發展集團董事Ochar Chou、本會執行副理事長曾國強、菲華商聯總會副理事長許學禹、菲律濱時裝設計師協會會長Cathy Capistrano和菲律濱經濟特區管理局副總幹事Vivian Santos等受邀出席博覽會的開幕剪綵儀式，並先後發表致辭。本會商務委員會副主任洪海濱先生亦陪同出席此次開幕典禮，與眾多政商領袖共襄盛舉。
執行副理事長曾國強在致詞中表示：「本次博覽會不僅是展示產品與技術的平臺，更是國際間合作與友誼的橋樑。透過結合本地與海外優秀的供應商、製造商與創新業者，展現出跨國產業鏈的潛力與活力。這樣的交流，不僅有助於推動本地經濟發展，更彰顯出亞洲市場在全球格局中的重要角色。」他引用中國諺語「人心巧，能工藝」，強調創意與工藝的蓬勃，唯有在和平與和諧的環境中方能生根發展。並呼籲各界持續深化合作、勇於創新，共同打造「以和平為本、以創意為橋」的區域發展願景。他說：「願本次博覽會啟發我們大膽創新、真誠協作，攜手推動亞洲產業的繁榮與進步。」
本屆展會融合三大展覽主題：「菲律濱服裝紡織展」、「菲律濱運動用品展」與「亞洲國際電子商務展」，展示來自亞洲各地的時尚設計、運動產業技術與電商新趨勢，成功為本地市場注入創新與靈感。共匯聚亞洲逾一百二十家參展商，展示內容涵蓋服裝、紡織品、機能布料、貼身衣物、手袋、鞋履及多元生活用品等，充分展現亞洲製造業的創新實力與時尚魅力。零售商、經銷商、創業者及品牌領袖在此共同探索合作機會。
開幕儀式後，曾國強執行副理事長與貴賓一同巡覽展區，並與多家國內外廠商交流互動，深入了解市場需求與產業脈動。透過此次參訪，本會深刻體認到區域合作與跨境連結對企業發展的重要性。對主辦單位精心籌劃與專業執行致上高度敬意，並期盼未來持續攜手推動更多高品質國際展會，共同開創亞太地區更緊密的經貿合作新局。
「二○二五年菲律濱時尚生活採購博覽會」已於十月十一日圓滿閉幕，為期三日的展會內容豐富、成效斐然，充分展現菲律濱作為區域商貿樞紐的潛力與實力。
