On 18 June 2025, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) successfully held its 17th Plenary Council Meeting with the attendance of its officers and plenary council members. After the meeting, the Club welcomed guests from Keen & Worth Property Developers Inc., led by General Manager Shirley Santos, along with Susan Lucille L. Yu (Sales Supervisor), Kimberly Tan Evangelista and Marc Rommel Yu (Sales Managers), Vinna Marie Olarte (Special Assistant), Abraham Rosario, and Mr. Bunny Wong.
During the visit, Keen & Worth Property Developers Inc. made a generous donation of Php 50,000 to the CFBCI Pagharap sa Pangarap College Scholarship Program. This initiative provides financial assistance to underprivileged students, enabling them to pursue tertiary education and empowering them with the hope of a better future. The donation reflects the company’s strong commitment to education and social responsibility and sets a commendable example for the Chinese-Filipino business community.
Keen & Worth Property Developers Inc., located in the heart of Chinatown, is the developer of a 57-storey architectural landmark that blends oriental heritage with modern design. More than a high-rise building, “Ongpin Tower” is envisioned as a cultural symbol that carries the community’s memories, values, and aspirations for the future deeply rooted in the identity of the Chinese-Filipino people.
Since the launch of the Pagharap sa Pangarap Scholarship Program in 2009, CFBCI has remained steadfast in its belief that “education is the foundation of business.” The program continues to support deserving but financially challenged students from Metro Manila and various provinces who are studying in state universities.
Over the past decade, nearly 500 scholars have graduated and gone on to become essential contributors to their families and society. With the support of generous partners like Keen & Worth Property Developers Inc., CFBCI continues to open doors of opportunity and inspire hope through education.
