On 08 August 2025, the Chinese Filipino Business Club, Inc. (CFBCI) Metro Manila delegation arrived at Bicol International Airport to hold its first Regional Business Forum of the year. The group received a warm welcome from Vice President Antonio Tan—also President of the Filipino-Chinese Wei Due Fraternity, Inc. Bicol Chapter and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Tabaco Pei Ching School—along with officers and members of the Legazpi Albay Chinese Filipino Chamber of Commerce, Inc., the Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Tabaco, Albay, Inc., and faculty representatives from Tabaco Pei Ching School.

At midday, a welcome banquet was hosted at Pepperland Hotel Restaurant, where four tables were prepared for the delegation to enjoy an array of local Filipino delicacies. The meal fostered a lively exchange between hosts and guests, creating an atmosphere filled with warmth and camaraderie.

Following the banquet, the delegation, accompanied by Vice President Tan and local partners, boarded a tour bus for a city exploration of Legazpi. The itinerary included a courtesy visit to the Bicol Chapter of the Filipino-Chinese Wei Due Fraternity, Inc., as well as a tour of Liberty Commercial Center (LCC)—a family enterprise led by Vice President Tan and a pioneer in the region’s retail industry. Founded more than 75 years ago, LCC now operates supermarkets, department stores, shopping malls, and food outlets across Bicol.

Beyond its business success, LCC has established the LCC Foundation to spearhead community initiatives. Known for its swift disaster relief efforts, the foundation has earned the admiration of Bicolanos for its unwavering support during crises. LCC’s growth and contributions have played a vital role in transforming Legazpi City and the Bicol region into prime destinations for investment and tourism. The delegation visited LCC’s supermarkets and department stores, where they experienced the brand’s signature warm and attentive service—true to its slogan, “Our Best For You.”

Afterward, the group proceeded to Marison Legazpi Hotel to check in, take a short rest, and prepare for the evening forum.

菲華工商總會訊：本會第十四屆外埠巡迴訪問團於八月八日（星期五）啟程，首站前往風光秀麗的米骨地區黎牙實備市。由理事長黃書瑋率領，包括執行副理事長曾國強，董事洪香泉偕夫人吳玉英、常務理事王輝益與顏漢龍、理事呂偉利，同仁楊金豐、中文秘書蔡艷霞、西文秘書梅西卡、聯絡吳宛盈及秘書處外勤 Jan Lloyd Villanueva 等一行，於上午搭乘菲航班機抵達米骨國際機場，受到本會美骨地區副理事長、亦為菲華媯汭五姓聯宗總會美骨分會理事長、亞眉淡描戈培青中學董事長陳華民，率領亞眉淡描戈五社菲華商會理事長、本會理事吳信德，及黎牙實備亞眉菲華商會執行副理事長、本會同仁姚恆山，亞眉淡描戈菲華志願防火會理事長、本會同仁吳煌華，亞眉淡描戈培青中學校友會等僑界領袖親赴機場拉橫布條熱情迎接，並為巡訪團成員掛上精心準備的緞帶。

中午，由黎牙實備亞眉菲華商會與亞眉淡描戈五社菲華商會做東，假 Pepperland 酒店餐廳，席開四桌，為巡訪團一行設宴接風，品嚐當地特色菲式佳餚，席間賓主談笑風生，極盡歡樂。

在享受了當地美食佳餚之後，巡訪團成員在副理事長陳華民及當地同仁的陪同下，乘坐旅遊大巴遊覽黎牙實備市容，禮訪菲華媯汭五姓聯宗總會美骨分會會所，並參訪了副理事長陳華民家族企業、當地零售業先驅之一的LCC(Liberty Commercial Center)商場。該公司創立至今已超過七十五年歷史，其名下的超市、百貨公司、商場和食品店，遍佈美骨各地區；公司還成立了 LCC基金會公司，參與特殊的社區活動，每當災難發生，總是第一時間幫助比科蘭人（Bicolanos），回饋當地居民，在當地聲名顯著。其成功的商業企業促進黎牙實備市和美骨地區轉型為投資和旅遊發展聖地。巡訪團成員遊逛了LCC超市及百貨公司，體驗售貨員親善友好的服務，對應了該企業標語「Our Best For You」（我們為您提供最好的服務），讓顧客有賓至如歸的舒適感。隨後，巡訪團成員驅車前往Marison Legazpi酒店辦理入住，稍作休息，準備該晚的座談晚會。
